Membership in the Society is easy (and free!).
Download one of the Application Forms below (please don’t try to fill out the form in a browser page, it doesn’t work!), fill it out, save it and then email it back to 136amphionalumni@gmail.com.
For the Adobe PDF format document, the form can be downloaded, then filled in and saved with the information. To do so, I recommend downloading either Acrobat Reader or Foxit PDF Reader program, both are free and will give you the capability to fill out and save the form.
For the MS Word format document, you will require MS Word or a compatible word processing program. Microsoft Office online is available for free, and there are many free office suite programs available.
